Absolutely wonderful little place in the mountains. The room was big and very charming as well. The staff was super friendly and were able to accommodate a last minute late check in request after we had to bail on our original hotel reservation for the night. Sad that we did not discover this place earlier and were only able to spend one night there

A really warm and welcoming place to stay; full of creature comforts. The downstairs has a castle like atmosphere with a big fireplace- but it is cosy- and the rooms are very comfortable with good beds and huge hot spa baths. The gardens are also lovely and the pagoda near the creek is a lovely place to spend time chatting. But the best thing is the kind hospitality of the staff. Hector was simply a lovely host, making sure we had a great stay.

Cannot thank our hosts enough for our short stay at Stonehaven. Host's were welcoming and our room was comfortable, quiet and extremely clean. We both haven't slept so soundly for sometime. Can't wait to return. Thank you so much.

Absolutely gorgeous place and uber comfortable. There’s a creek at the back of the property that guests can use which was amazing in the extreme heat days we were there. The room is pretty spacious and the bed was huge and super comfortable. Spa bath in the bathroom is a bonus too. Centrally located on the quieter stretch of town and walking distance to Curtis falls. The hosts are always around, friendly and available if you need them. Overall great experience.

We loved our second visit. The room we had (again) was spacious with a king bed and plenty of space so we did not feel on top of one another. The entry/living room into the home, with equipment for breakfast, provided a lovely alternative to eating out for every meal. We walked (slowly as we're not 21 anymore) up the hill to the restaurants for lunch. There's no lighting on the path so we drove up the hill to restaurants for dinner. If we were younger, we would have walked to Witches Falls winery/ Boxer Brewing. We loved sitting with snacks and wine in the back garden in the afternoon. Coffee shop is about a 5 minute walk down the hill. Our host, Tania, was a very kindly and thoughtful person. Thankyou for a very relaxing 5 nights. FYI: this is a beautiful home/ manor so don't be surprised that there is no elevator.

The host welcomed us on arrival to this lovely Scottish themed guest house. Very comfortable, clean and welcoming. With plush themed furnishings and a spa bath. All on beautiful grounds. Would definitely recommend and will return. Thank you Hector.
